The approach
The company starts from a model in which the information is dispersed in different sources of information, both internal and external, which makes it extremely difficult to trace the different metrics that make up its reporting and management model.
What we did?
➔ We collaborated in the definition and implementation of the architecture, based on a big data model and self-consumption of information for the different units
➔ We integrate the information from the different source systems, implementing the entire data homogenisation and quality control layer
➔ We collaborate with the different units in the definition and implementation of specific dashboards in the corporate BI solution
➔ We train and lead the change management with the business units and users for the exploitation of information under the new model
