NWorld and Impetus Technologies Partner to Accelerate SAS and Legacy Modernisations in the UK and Ireland.

NWorld and Impetus Technologies are pleased to announce their partnership to deliver accelerated transitions from SAS and other legacy data platforms to Databricks, with an initial focus on customers in the UK and Ireland.

The collaboration between Impetus Technologies, a Databricks Brickbuilder partner and 2024 Databricks Migration Partner of the year, and NWorld, an established European consultancy, enhances the combined ability of both organisations to support companies in modernising and transforming legacy data and analytics systems, such as SAS, Teradata, and Hadoop, by migrating to the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

NWorld provides the independent advisory services that validate organisations’ optimal roadmap and migration choices for SAS processes and then plans the business, technical, and change activities. The SAS to Databricks conversion methodology is enabled by Impetus’ LeapLogic, an automated cloud modernisation accelerator. Leaplogic analyses SAS and legacy processes, estimates conversion effort and complexity, and automatically converts most SAS and legacy processes to Databricks, whilst providing an aid for conversion exception handling. Lastly, NWorld provides the operationalisation of converted processes and the support of associated data management and data migration to the cloud.
