These three women speak about their experience and vision about what working in advisory means.<\/p>\n Paula Molina, Head of Recruiting<\/strong><\/p>\n Over the past 8 years, Paula has worked for some of the leading companies in the sector. 4 years ago she started developing her career at Nfq. This former valenciana has the gift of knowing people well and is currently preparing to become a mom.<\/p>\n “Working in Consulting has taught me that you are the strength of the team you work with. In such a demanding and changing environment it is very important to be able to maintain the ambition to meet objectives and pursue the same objectives continuously. For that reason I believe that the best teams are created with the best people. “<\/em><\/p>\n Amparo Soler, Nuclear Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Amparo, has been part of Nfq since 2014, managing R + D + i projects in our Industry department, where she leads projects in the area of Nuclear engineering.<\/p>\n Last December, Amparo was awarded the silver medal at the Fem’Energia 2020<\/strong> awards, in the “Professional woman of the European Union” category. This award is an important recognition for her professional career and for the outreach work that she carries out as head of communication for Women in Nuclear Spain. Through this role, Amparo plays a remarkable job at highlighting the role of female engineers and scientists.<\/p>\n “Since I was 13 years old, I have always wanted to be a nuclear engineer. It is a really fascinating, complex and difficult industrial sector of course, but in my opinion each project is an exciting challenge.
